FASCINATION - Color Shifting Highlighter / Eyeshadow

FASCINATION - is a sparkly, (subtle) shade shifting highlighter. It has a champagne base with turquoise reflects and very *subtly* shifts from champagne to silvers and baby pinks to light peach and white gold to turquoise.

**This is subtle shifter, so it’s great to wear for your every day looks! We recommend wetting your brush or face and or eye lid (with setting spray) before applying sparkly and/ or color shifting shades, to make the color ✨POP✨ and and the glow even more intense.

May also be worn as an eyeshadow, like all of our highlighters. Great for all skin tones.
