Shipping & Package Protection Policy
We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced by the postal service during transit, nor for returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or any other postal service-related issues. This includes customs fees, duties, or any related charges. If your package is marked as delivered, please contact the postal service to open an inquiry. If you purchased Navidium Package Protection for your order, please notify us, and we will assist in finding a resolution.
Orders marked as delivered but not received are eligible for replacement only, not a refund.
- For stolen orders over $100 USD, a police report is required.
Damaged Orders:
- Claims for damaged items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos of both the damaged package and the item.
Please notify us via email so we can assist you further. We are not responsible for lost, untracked, stolen, or customs-held packages. Shipping insurance through Navidium is available for purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or charges imposed on delivery and do not offer reimbursement for such fees.
