Shipping Policy & COVID-19 Updates

We are continuing operations as usual and strongly recommend that customers purchase insurance for their orders, especially for large or international shipments. In the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, or if any issues arise with the postal service, we can only assist if insurance was purchased. Insurance allows you to file a claim with the shipping carrier to seek a resolution.

 We are closely monitoring any developments that could impact our customers and will adjust operations as needed. If any disruptions occur, we will promptly notify affected customers.

 All orders are shipped via USPS as it offers the most affordable rates for our customers. However, please note that delays may occur due to transportation or customs-related issues. In certain cases, we may need to ship your order through a different carrier if other options are unavailable. Shipping carriers may adjust their policies at any time, including changes to USPS Ground Advantage international shipping or insurance services. Should such changes affect your location, we will work with you to find the best shipping solution.
