** I recommend using a tacky base on the eyes, like a glitter primer or foiling serum/ mixing medium for sparkly and or color shifting shades. It will help the sparkles adhere better and make the color shift more intense.

PRO TIP: Apply with your finger or a small dense packing brush over your favorite tacky primer, in a tapping or patting motion (rather than swiping) for best results.
